Refund policy
At Majestic Vision Merchandise, every item is made to order especially for you once your order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction and waste while allowing us to offer a wider range of designs, colours, and sizes.
Because each product is custom-made, our returns policy differs slightly from that of traditional retail stores.
Returns
We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements within 30 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing fault.
- Your order is lost in transit (subject to carrier confirmation).
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem (including the packaging if it was damaged during delivery)
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect colour or design choice
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor variations in print placement or colour that are within normal manufacturing tolerances

Sizing
Every product includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the best fit.
As our products are custom printed specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the item received differs from the published size specifications due to a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. In many cases, you will not be required to return the defective product before a replacement is issued.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved because the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover any applicable return or replacement costs.
If the return request is for any other reason, the item is not eligible for return under our made-to-order policy.
